5-Year Warranty

Vitalograph, Inc. offers a 5 Year Warranty on most new devices, providing that your routine annual maintenance service is carried out each year by our own technicians. Any failure on your Vitalograph device* will be repaired free of charge at our Lenexa, KS service center, up to 5 years from date of purchase. Servicing by anyone other than Vitalograph will void this warranty.

* Excepting accidental / transit damage or inappropriate use of the device.

Planned Preventive Maintenance

Quality assurance guidelines recommend that all measuring equipment be kept in good working order through routine maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer.

Certificates of calibration must be traceable to National Standards. Avoid time consuming breakdowns and ensure that the measurements you are using to diagnose and monitor patients is accurate by having your equipment serviced at least once a year.
